Michael Goodwin is a landscape painter originally from Northern Maine, now residing in New York City. He graduated with a BFA from Maine College of Art and Design, and his work is deeply inspired by the natural landscapes of Northern and Southern Coastal Maine, as well as New Brunswick, Canada. Michael’s paintings capture the essence of these environments, drawing on his deep connection to the land and its ever-changing beauty.

Michael has received a grant from the Pollack-Krasner Foundation and his work is in numerous private collections in Canada and the United States. Michael’s work can also be seen in the long running television series Blue Bloods.

Michael is represented by Artemis Gallery in Northeast Harbor, Maine.
